Whether in a piece of communication, as a brand, a company, through an initiative or interaction we all want to engage audiences. It starts, with the big idea, an idea you must nourish to keep it alive so that your audiences simply can't not look! When you have their attention, context is as vital as creativity, a long-term view is just as important as how your audience reacts in the moment, and you must never forget the basic principles of narrative.
